I dont think he had a cape. But I like that you have Wasp Sting on his belt. And his arm bands (didnt he have six or more by book three?)
He had a cape. It was black with a lightning bolt down it's back sown by Gisela.
As for arm bands by "Sword Sing" he had enough that they went up past his elbow.
